you are prob pretty dehydrated. get a cream with hylauronic acid. doesnt soudn good but trust me this ingredient can hold tens times it own weight in water.. and try to drink plenty of water. you are only 21 so the anti aging creams will be no good your too young.they only prevent further aging not the aging that has occured.i would recommend dermalogica products or oxygen products you can find dermaloigca products at and talk with a consultant they will be able to give you the best advice for your skin by seeing you in person.
