Wrinkle Cream Question :
I have smile lines and lines all around my eyes when I smile. I can almost accept them for what they are, but I will never forget when my ex told me I should start using anti wrinkle cream or something around my eyes because she said I’m too young to have them and that I should not have these lines. I can never accept myself because of what she said. Any thoughts?

I think your ex is too stuck on outside appearance. Don’t listen to it. If it makes you feel better that’s ridiculous, and she probably didn’t like you nearly as much as you thought. When I first met my boyfriend, i thought he had the biggest nose in the world, and now it turns out it’s what I love the most about his appearance. Don’t worry about it, because if some one truly likes you your smile lines will grow on them.

Your ex might have ben saying that bc she was angrey at you for something…? Also, don’t care what others think of you, but if on a personal basis you want to get rid of wrinkles, then buy a product like Olay or something. K- Mart or Meijer has all of those products.

She’s a bitch, no wonder she’s an ex
People will always say shitty things like this to hurt you, someone once told me that my small ears meant I was infertile (absolute rubbish since I have a child now) and I was upset about it for ages.
Were you breaking up at the time she said it or going through a rough patch which led to your breakup? I think it was a nasty and childish remark meant to hurt, and it has. Don’t let her win, I bet your next date never says anything like it!
